21 Nov BT major fault affecting this area
We have heard from BT that unfortunately they have not yet fixed the fault and are estimating a fix time of 28/11/2022 23:59 regarding their major fault in the area. They have said that it may be possible that they rectify this before Monday 28th and will provide us with any updates.
Please let your neighbours know as they may be without their BT phoneline and BT internet/broadband to be able to receive our updates.
BT phone lines are currently down across the area and park due to BT experiencing a major fault affecting the area, something that is completely out of our control.
We have contacted BT today to request an update on when they will have the issue sorted; however, they have no further information other than a fault has been established and Openreach are working to fix it (last Friday they said it would take 48 hour fix time!).
We have raised a complaint in order to escalate the urgency of the situation and fight to get our lines back up and running. We will update you as and when we know more from BT.

Please be aware that various internet service providers use BT lines, so your broadband may also be disrupted at this time due to the issue being with BT lines.
