18 Mar Coronavirus: Community Association Notice
The Community Association recognises that the Community Hall is an invaluable space for our residents. Living alone can be lonely and we wanted to make sure that this social area remained open for as long as possible during this challenging time.
Unfortunately we have now taken the decision to close the Community Hall until further notice.
The Warfield Park Management Team recognises the amazing effort that the Community Association have made in order to keep the hall open for as long as possible, however, in light of recent developments and Government recommendations we respect and support the decision to close the venue until further notice.
The Committee and the Management team will continue its work to ensure the safety of all residents at Warfield Park. These are unprecedented times and we are following the guidelines posted by the Government in order to best care for the people around us.
It is important that we all take the time to look after and look out for each other. Now is not the time to take offence to a handshake refusal or being offended if you seem unwell and are asked to leave. All of our actions as a small community need to be undertaken for the greater good.
