Discover the Rich History and Vibrant Present of Warfield Park

Nestled in the heart of Berkshire, Warfield Park isn’t just a residential community — it’s a living tapestry woven from centuries of history and modern innovation. Established in 1947, the park’s grounds were once part of the Royal Windsor Forest, with links to royalty, historical figures, and landmark events. 👑

A Walk Through Time

🕰️ The land that Warfield Park occupies has seen a fascinating transformation:

  • 🛡️ Saxon Settlements: Early records trace habitation in the area back to Saxon times.
  • 🏰 Tudor Era: King Edward VI granted the Warfield Park estate to Sir Henry Neville.
  • 🔥 18th Century: After a fire, Colonel John Walsh rebuilt the Warfield Park mansion.
  • 🎩 Royal Sporting Estate: King Edward VII and European monarchs enjoyed its grounds.
  • 🏠 Post-War Transformation: In 1947, the site was reborn as a premium residential park.

Modern Life, Rooted in Nature

🌿Today, Warfield Park covers 92 acres of peaceful parkland, offering a unique blend of countryside tranquillity and modern comfort. With over 530 beautifully maintained homes and scenic walks through landscaped gardens, residents enjoy the best of both worlds.

Community Spirit at Its Core❤️

Our vibrant community is one of the things that makes Warfield Park truly special:

  • 🏫 The Community Hall: A buzzing social hub for fitness classes, coffee mornings, quizzes, craft clubs, and seasonal events.
  • 🤝 Warfield Park Community Association: Run by residents, for residents — bringing neighbours together and supporting new friendships through fun, inclusive events.

There’s always something going on — and someone to enjoy it with!
