Pitch Fees 2021

As one of the most prestigious Park Home addresses in the country we pride ourselves on maintaining a beautiful and unique place for our residents to enjoy. The last twelve months have been a hugely difficult time for us all and our community has come together to provide support and care for each other.

Our beautiful grounds have enabled our residents to get out and do their daily exercise strolling round the wonderfully green parklands and enjoying all the surrounding outdoor spaces on offer in the local area.

The price of a cup of coffee

The last 12 months have been a rollercoaster of emotions and the last thing you, as residents, would want to see is an increase in pitch fees. So, we have decided to delay this year’s increase.

The stress of the initial COVID-19 outbreak followed by the elation in the summer as the restrictions were lifted, was followed by growing concern and the subsequent second and third lockdowns. The vaccination programme is, hopefully, the light at the end of the tunnel as it is successfully rolled out across the country. At the time of writing (16/02/2021) more than 13 million people in the UK have been vaccinated; so, if you haven’t yet received your vaccine, make sure you speak to your local surgery about making an appointment.

By law, we are still required to review the pitch fee on the agreed review date and details of the 2021 Pitch Fee Review have been circulated to all residents.

With the Retail Prices Index (RPI) for December 2020 being 1.2 per cent, the Pitch Fee for 2021 will increase from the current £253.58 per month to £256.61 per month.

We have all been through a challenging twelve months, and for this reason we have decided to postpone this year’s increase until 1st October 2021. The pitch fee review date will remain unchanged (1st March), as the agreement requires.
